Appearance design refers to the appearance design of industrial products, which is the style of industrial products. It is completely different from the invention or utility model, which is that the design is not a technical solution. Stipulated in article 2 of the implementation details of the patent law in our country: "appearance design, it is to point to the product's shape, pattern or their combination, and the combination of color and shape, pattern made rich aesthetic feeling and is suitable for industrial application of the new design. It can be seen that the patent of appearance design should meet the following requirements:

(1) the design of shape, pattern, color or combination;

(2) must be the design of the appearance of the product;

(3) must be beautiful;

(4) it must be suitable for industrial applications.
